Coach Wallets Materials Guide Style It Three Ways

Coach Bags: The Full Guide to Every Line

Set up in 1941, Coach first focused on men’s small leather goods, and women’s handbags followed later before becoming the heart of the brand. Now, coach handbags range from tailored shoulder bags and soft hobos to satchels, carryalls, crossbodies and reissued archive designs. Each main line is examined in turn here, with a look at what the bag is, when it first appeared and how it is made. Where a launch date is documented, it is included; several familiar lines, though, have no reliable launch year on record.

The prices here are observed market prices from 2026 rather than an official price list, and they shift with size, material and promotions. A shopper picking a first coach bag should know that closely matching names can cover completely different designs. When searching for a Coach bag, some shoppers type “couch bag” instead, and because the first word also means a sofa, listings for furniture can creep into the results.

The Tabby Line

With detachable straps and Signature “C” hardware, the Tabby is a structured shoulder bag that can also be worn crossbody. The designer Stuart Vevers brought it out in 2019, and its shape was drawn from Coach’s 1970s archive. The photographer coach official site Juergen Teller reportedly shot the bag’s launch campaign, “Dream It Real”. Product listings have shown sizes 20, 26 and 36, and the main product name is Tabby Shoulder Bag.

Next, in 2021, the softly padded Pillow Tabby joined the line, offered under names such as Tabby Shoulder Bag 26 With Pillow Quilting. The Tabby 26 had an observed price of $475 in the US and £475 in the UK; quilted and special-edition versions cost more. Shoppers who want one bag for both day and evening will find it suits them, as it shifts easily between shoulder and crossbody wear.

The Brooklyn Line

Much nearer to a hobo than to the structured Tabby, the Brooklyn is a soft, slouchy coach shoulder bag crafted in natural-grain leather. Its launch came in August 2024, after its debut on the Fall 2024 runway. The Brooklyn 28 and the larger Brooklyn 39 make up the two main sizes that have been reported. The 39 is described as roomy enough for a 15-inch laptop, so it makes a sensible work bag.

A newer Brooklyn Carryall shape was reported for Spring 2026, and it is a different bag from the shoulder styles. The Brooklyn 28 was observed at £350 at John Lewis on the UK market. When The RealReal’s 2025 resale report said searches for Coach had risen 160%, the Brooklyn was one of the bags cited, though that figure tracks searches rather than resale prices.

The Rogue Family

Coach’s structured satchel is the Rogue, which comes with top handles and a shoulder strap. First seen on the Fall 2016 runway, the bag was later discontinued; a 2021 relaunch returned it to the range. The line sits at the upper end of Coach’s leather range, with versions in regenerative leather and exotic skins. Observed selling for $8,000, a Rogue 25 in alligator set the highest Coach bag price observed in 2026.

Coach also offers a Made-to-Order Rogue, which has reportedly taken roughly 12 weeks, or close to 16 weeks with exotic materials. Via Coach (Re)Loved, the brand’s own resale and repair program, restored Rogue bags have also been offered. For many collectors, the Rogue demonstrates how far upmarket Coach craftsmanship can go.

The Empire Carryall

The Empire Carryall, listed as the Empire Carryall Bag 34, is an elongated, east-west top-handle bag. After being shown on Coach’s Fall 2024 runway, it arrived in February 2025. Fashion press reports said, it sold out on the day it was released. The structured Carryall 34 is separate from softer versions named Soft Empire, including a Soft Empire 40.

On Coach’s own website in the UK, the Empire Carryall 34 was observed at £475. Its long top-handle shape makes it a dressier alternative to a coach tote bag for everyday carrying. When comparing listings, check the number that follows the name: 34 and 40 refer to different bags.

Kisslock: Frame, Dreamer and Barrel

Kisslock is the name of a frame clasp drawn from vintage coin purses, a motif Coach connects with the Bonnie Cashin era. The term is shared by a number of different bags, and those should not be muddled. Reportedly the opening look of the Fall 2026 show, the Kisslock Frame Bag in glovetanned leather was observed selling for $350. The family could predate that show, given that earlier Kisslock Frame versions turn up in listings as well.

Built with quilted nappa leather and rivets, the Kisslock Dreamer 21 is an older-generation style, now seen largely as restored or upcrafted pieces through Coach (Re)Loved. Drawn from a 1973 design, the Kisslock Barrel Bag arrived as a Spring 2026 Coach Originals reissue. The name picked up yet another use as a Kisslock Backpack was also shown for Fall 2026.

Swinger and Swing Zip: Inside The Coach Originals

The Coach Originals is a line of freshly made reissues of archive designs, so its bags are new, not vintage. A zip-top, short-strap shoulder bag with a turnlock, the Swinger comes from an original design that Coach places in 1987. The current version is the Swinger Bag 20, which also comes With Chain and in Signature canvas or jacquard. Drawn from a 1998 design, the Swing Zip is a separate Coach Originals bag, which means the two names should not be swapped.

Other Originals reported in early 2025 featured the Safari Bag from 1968, the Dinky from 1974 and the Hamptons Hobo from 2005. No later than 2020, the Coach Originals name was reportedly being used. The line works for buyers who want an archive look without the wear of a properly vintage piece.

Soho: Bag 25, Flap and Sneaker

Covering three different products, Soho ranks among the most confusing names in the Coach catalog. The original Soho Flap was introduced in 2006. The Soho Bag 25 is not that 2006 bag but a smaller, newer reissue offered in materials such as glovetanned leather, patent leather and crystal jacquard. A Soho Flap Bag in regenerative leather has also been listed, and Soho styles sit within The Coach Originals.

The Soho Sneaker, by contrast, is footwear that Coach has showcased in 2025 and 2026, so it sits with shoes and coach clothing rather than handbags. To separate the bags from the shoe, try adding “Bag 25” or “Flap” to a search. No reliable current price for the Soho bags was captured, so check Coach’s own website before buying.

The Willow, Cassie and Juliet Lines

These three lines are well known, but none has a documented launch year, so treat any date you see online with caution. A Willow Bucket, a Willow Shoulder bag and the Willow Tote 24 have all appeared in Willow, a family in pebble leather. Coach’s own website has also offered a Custom Willow Tote, and the Willow Tote 24 is a clear example of a coach tote bag. Offering a Signature turnlock and interchangeable straps, the Cassie Crossbody Bag 19 is part of Cassie, a line of crossbody and top-handle bags.

Cassie styles have remained listed on Coach’s own website under newer style codes. Crafted in glovetanned leather, Juliet is a relaxed shoulder bag that comes in versions such as the Juliet Shoulder Bag 25 and the Pocket Juliet Bag 30. Because availability changes by season, confirm whether a given Willow, Cassie or Juliet style is still current before relying on an older review.

All the Lines at a Glance: Observed Prices

The table below gathers the main lines with their shape, key date and an observed 2026 price where one was reliably captured. The size of a bag, material, color and promotions all move these numbers, which are observed market prices and not an official Coach price list. Sales tax is left out of US prices, while VAT is included in UK prices. Outlet styles get their own promotions at a coach outlet, while full-price styles can be marked down during sales.

Set up as Coach’s own official channel, Coach Outlet trades through outlet stores and an official online outlet section on Coach’s own website. Coach’s head of investor relations, quoted in 2014, said that around 85% of outlet merchandise was made specifically for the outlet channel. That figure should be treated as dated; Tapestry has in the meantime discussed bringing some full-price collection product into outlets. Current-season lines are available at a full-price coach store or on Coach’s own website.
